Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TN Distribution Co. (Top Notch Sales LLC) ("we," "us") handles information collected through this website. It does not cover information handled through Amazon or other marketplaces, which have their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us through our contact and partnership forms, or by email. This may include:

• Your name, company name and business email address
• Your phone number and company website, if you provide them
• Your product category, inquiry type and message

When you submit a form, our hosting provider also processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the website and prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To read and respond to your inquiry
• To evaluate and manage business relationships with suppliers and partners
• To protect the website against spam and misuse

We do not sell or rent your information, share it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To block spam, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process limited technical signals from your browser to tell people apart from automated programs.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate the website:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, security and spam protection
• Resend — delivering form submissions to our business inbox
• Our business email provider — storing and managing correspondence

These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.

Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for the business relationship or as required for our records, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing info@topnotchsalesllc.com. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we will honor requests that apply.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and form submissions are validated and sent directly to our business inbox. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
